It doesn’t only pair with the food, it also pairs perfectly with the scenery and atmosphere of one of the most unique boutique hotels in Ibiza thanks to its privileged location atop a cliff overlooking the sea, Sa Conillera island and one of the most famous sunsets in Ibiza.

Available during the summer season (must be booked in advance, through the Perrier-Jouët Experience you will share a unique dinner with your partner or friends. This special menu is available for tables of 2 to 6 people and includes a food journey that takes you through an amuse-bouche, two starters to share, the main course of your choice, dessert and a bottle of Perrier-Joüet Grand Brüt and water.
