Plans to enjoy spring in Ibiza

Aside from its natural beauty, Ibiza’s spring also brings some of the first cultural events and activities that announce the arrival of the season to the island. Like the boat race called La Ruta de la Sal, one of the iconic sailing events in the Med that will be holding its 38th edition between 2nd and 4th April. This race gathers over a hundred boats sailing from Barcelona or Denia to Sant Antoni, turning the harbour into a lively meeting point for sea and sailing buffs. If you’re staying with us during those dates, you’ll be able to see part of the race as it reaches the island from Hostal La Torre’s terrace.

Spring also marks the start of the clubbing season. Late April, the first big opening parties bring to life the clubs and beach clubs that set Ibiza’s cultural beat. One of the most anticipated parties is the Hï Ibiza party on 25th April that will be hosting international DJs and kicks off the electronic music season.
